ABOUT US
Fiona Johnson Ltd is an independent expert witness reporting service. We are a team of highly skilled and experienced nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists providing CPR Part 35 compliant expert opinions in the fields of clinical negligence and personal injury. Our expert witnesses are experienced in undertaking detailed clinical assessments to produce reports for the Court in civil litigation matters relating to the care, transport, aids and equipment needs of the Claimant, or standards of care in relation to breach of duty reports. Each matter is dealt with based on the needs of the Claimant and a bespoke, evidence based and compliant report provided. We are able to prepare quantum reports for cases involving catastrophic injuries and complex care, loss of services and desktop breach of duty reports. We attend case conferences, joint discussions and court hearings. In addition, we have an associate who is able to provide advice on statutory funding.

New Nursing Experts !
Meet Barbie Simmons
and
Michelle Bunyan
We are delighted to welcome two new nursing associates to the FJ Ltd Team.
Both Michelle and Barbie specialise in spinal cord injuries and have recently completed a thorough CPR 35 training programme.
As well as nursing Michelle has excellent experience as a Case Manager, and is extremely knowledgeable about community care packages.
Barbie has joined us with 15 years experience of expert witness work and is looking to increase her current case load.
