ABOUT US
Fiona Johnson Ltd is an independent expert witness reporting service. We are a team of highly skilled and experienced nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists providing CPR Part 35 compliant expert opinions in the fields of clinical negligence and personal injury. Our expert witnesses are experienced in undertaking detailed clinical assessments to produce reports for the Court in civil litigation matters relating to the care, transport, aids and equipment needs of the Claimant, or standards of care in relation to breach of duty reports. Each matter is dealt with based on the needs of the Claimant and a bespoke, evidence based and compliant report provided. We are able to prepare quantum reports for cases involving catastrophic injuries and complex care, loss of services and desktop breach of duty reports. We attend case conferences, joint discussions and court hearings. In addition, we have an associate who is able to provide advice on statutory funding.

Our New Associate, Rachel Pegrum, is a Senior Social Worker and has many years experience in assessing the social care needs of adults and children. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the statutory framework and relevant legislation to enable her to provide statutory funding reports and make recommendations on the entitlement to social care packages.
