Gavin Noble

Physiotherapist

Gavin has over 20 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and cauda equina syndrome. He has enjoyed a varied career, practicing within the public and private sector. Gavin is now the Director, Principle Physiotherapist & Pilates instructor of his own company, Gav Noble Physiotherapy which was established in 2015. Previously, Gavin was the lead physio in a busy military medical facility, treating serving military personnel and reserve personnel. His responsibilities included: assessing, diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating patients with musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries; participating in Continuous Professional Development; liaising with other disciplines including rehabilitation consultants; and ensuring his awareness of legislation and Health and Safety Policies.


Gavin also has a background in sports physiotherapy, he has provided treatment to the New Zealand All Black’s Rugby team and the Instonians Rugby Club in Northern Ireland. Gavin has excellent experience consulting with children, as the Physiotherapist for the Ulster Rugby Under 19’s School team from 2000-2009. He is capable of assessing the physio needs of all age groups, as he has also treated geriatric patients in his time at Millinure Hospital, where he provided physio treatment for elderly day care patients. His current specialisms include; musculoskeletal injuries, cauda equina syndrome, sporting injuries, frozen shoulders, ligament injuries, sciatica, soft tissue injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation.


Gavin is a highly motivated, dynamic, and efficient physiotherapist with an inherent drive and compassion for empowering and enabling individuals to reach their potential and to live fulfilled lives. He has undertaken full CPR 35 Expert Witness training and fully understands his role and duties to the court.
