We work with Claimant and Defendant Solicitors, Professional Deputies, Case Managers and Rehabilitation Professionals, and Families. Our aim is to provide clear, timely and practical advice that helps cases move forward. This may include improving access to services, reducing uncertainty about funding responsibilities, supporting better-informed decision-making and helping professionals protect damages or private funds where statutory provision should reasonably be explored.
