Tess is a Physiotherapist/ Case Manager with a wide range of clinical experience in NHS community and hospital settings. Specialising in postural care, she works privately for self-funding clients and is a case manager for children and adults with catastrophic brain injury. Prior to embarking on her physiotherapy degree (1991-95), Tess worked as a care assistant.

During employment at local authorities and her private practice, she gained experience in health and care strategy, specifically the implementation of ‘Valuing People, 2001’, embedding person centred approaches, training NHS, local authority and third sector care providers, public speaking, and support planning for people with long term conditions. Tess has excellent report writing skills and has completed training in relation to Part 35 CPR compliance.
