TRIP TO THE OT SHOW –
Two of our senior Occupational Therapy Experts, Judith Hallett and Debbie Pearson, headed off to Birmingham to attend the annual OT Show. During their trip they were able to gain updated knowledge of the newest equipment on the market and observe some of the tech in action.
They were most taken by the recent range of Juditta wheelchairs and profiling beds available to assist those with life changing disabilities.
The pair have returned to FJ Ltd with a vast array of new equipment to consider for new and ongoing cases.
PODCAST RECORDING –
We had a new visitor to our Stalybridge offices, Kate Georgiev Statutory Funding Advisor, who stopped by to record a session for our upcoming podcast series: Expert Wit Tips. We recorded two episodes discussing her journey to becoming an expert witness and her expertise as a statutory funding advisor, explaining how her services can be used by both Claimants and Defendants in personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
SIA CONFERENCE –
Fiona Johnson RGN, was invited to speak at the Inaugural SIA Festival hosted by The Spinal Cord Injuries Association.
Fiona presented her views on ‘Living with a Spinal Cord Injury’ as a Care Expert, and offered her opinion on the ranges of care packages available.
