Our Statutory Funding experts, Rachel and Nashreen are both Registered Social workers.
Rachel Pegrum, is a Senior Social Worker and has many years experience in assessing the social care needs of adults and children. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the statutory framework and relevant legislation to enable her to provide statutory funding reports and make recommendations on the entitlement to social care packages.
Nashreen Lallmahomed is a Social Worker, and is currently the County Manager for CHC and end of life care; a senior lead in ensuring compliance with legislation, national guidance, and responsibilities of the Local Authority. She can complete CHC funding eligibility reports, CHC checklists, advice on statutory support, and Mental Capacity assessments.
